Not at all! Actually, a lot of people join on their own. That's why we organise a group dinner on the first evening, create a WhatsApp group before the trip, and make sure everyone sits together at the stadium. By kick-off, you'll already know everyone and definitely won't feel like you came alone.
Yes. Your ticket is confirmed before departure. In the unlikely case that it can no longer be secured after your deposit, your trip is cancelled and you are refunded in full.
There is no fixed deadline, but there is a real limit. Availability depends on the tickets we can secure in the category we buy, and it is first come, first served. Once the spots are gone, bookings close. Better not to wait too long.
This is normal and we plan for it. If the match lands on the Saturday or the Sunday, only the order of the activities changes: the content of the trip is identical. We deliberately picked a fixture that sits between an international break and a Champions League week, so a move to the Friday or the Monday is extremely unlikely. Whatever happens, every service included in the package is adapted around the new date at no cost to you.
Your deposit reserves your spot immediately. The trip is confirmed definitively once the services are secured, and you receive that confirmation by email. If they cannot be secured, you are refunded in full.
After two things are settled: your booking confirmed by us, and your match ticket secured. La Liga only fixes the exact date and kick off time a few weeks before the game, so a flexible or refundable fare is worth it. You need to be in Madrid by Saturday midday at the latest, and after the group leaves you are free to stay on as long as you like.
Fifty percent when you book, the balance thirty days before departure. If the trip is cancelled because tickets cannot be secured, everything you have paid is refunded in full.
