Yes: your ticket is confirmed before departure. In the unlikely event that we're no longer able to secure your ticket after you've paid the deposit, your trip is cancelled and you get a full refund.

There's no fixed deadline, but the number of spots is limited, and it's first come, first served. Above all, our spots depend on the availability of tickets in the category chosen for the match: as soon as they're no longer available, we close bookings, even if the group isn't full. If you want to be sure to be part of it, it's best not to wait too long.

Yes. The first 5 spots are at an early bird rate, to reward those who commit first. After that, the price goes up. And since the trip's costs (tickets, accommodation, transport) change over time, our prices are dynamic: they're likely to rise further as time goes on. The best time to book is always now.

Saturday or Sunday, only the order of the activities changes, the content stays the same. If the match is exceptionally moved to the Friday or the Monday, we'll adjust the hotel and the flights (if you took the flight option), at no extra cost to you.

We deliberately chose a match for which a move to the Friday or the Monday is extremely unlikely: it falls in a period of the calendar where the possibilities of a shift are very limited (between the European competition weeks, international matches, etc.). The most likely scenario remains a match on the Saturday or the Sunday. To be safe, we recommend either choosing a ticket with a change option (offered by many airlines), or waiting until La Liga officially confirms the date and time (usually a few weeks before the match). In any case, if an exceptional change were to happen, we'd adjust all the bookings included in the trip (hotel, activities, restaurants, etc.) so the experience takes place in the best possible conditions.

Your deposit reserves your spot. The trip is definitively confirmed once the services are secured, and you'll find out by email. Otherwise, a full refund.

Of course. The direct Paris flight option is +€250, but you can join the group in Madrid by your own means — we'll give you the meeting point. Just plan to arrive by Saturday around midday for the start of the experience; after that, you leave whenever you want, even after the official end on Monday. That's actually the upside: free with your schedule, you can easily extend your stay in Madrid before or after.

Yes. Each participant is solely responsible for holding valid travel documents and meeting the entry requirements for the territory according to their nationality: a valid passport or ID card, visa, electronic travel authorization (ESTA, eTA, eVisa or equivalent), health certificates and any other formality required by the authorities. Be sure to check these formalities before booking. In the event of a denied boarding or a refused entry into the territory linked to non-compliance with these conditions, Chronic Foot and DevlopMint Travel cannot be held responsible, and the amounts paid remain due according to the applicable cancellation conditions. A 50% deposit at booking, the balance 30 days before departure. If the trip is cancelled for lack of tickets, everything is refunded.
