Three days in Barcelona built around a LaLiga night at the Spotify Camp Nou, hosted on the ground by Ansh, founder of Managing Barça. Saturday 21 to Monday 23 November 2026.
"This isn't a solo trip with a match attached. You're joining the Managing Barça community in person — meeting me face to face, spending three days alongside people who follow the club as closely as you do, and creating content together as it all happens." — Ansh
A guaranteed Category 2 ticket in one of the Camp Nou's most electric ends — you're inside the noise, not watching it from behind a screen.
A full Camp Nou tour with museum access — the tunnel, the trophy room, the stands in daylight.
A reserved table on matchday — the whole group talking football with Ansh around one table.
Free time built into the plan to explore Sagrada Família, Park Güell, Casa Batlló, Las Ramblas... with a city transport pass in your pocket.
Sleep in the heart of Barcelona: a social hostel bed included, or upgrade to a private hotel room a few streets away.
Tapas and drinks on deck as the skyline goes gold — the whole group out on the water together.
Meet Ansh in person and spend the trip alongside a small group of fellow Barça fans — filming, reacting and creating content together as the days unfold.
A Category 2 (premium) ticket close to the pitch, with panoramic views across the whole stadium and a front-row seat to the atmosphere — ninety minutes of full immersion, seated next to at least one other member of the group.
An indicative outline of your three days — the exact order and timing of the activities are finalised once LaLiga confirms the official match schedule. Everything shown is included either way.
Check in centrally, then free hours for Sagrada Família, Casa Batlló and Las Ramblas at your own pace. Later on we board a catamaran together for a sunset cruise with tapas and drinks on deck — the group out on the water as the sun goes down.
The build-up together, the walk to the stadium, 90 minutes inside the Camp Nou. And on the same day, the group dinner — the whole table talking football with Ansh, before or after the whistle depending on kick-off time.
Tour of the Spotify Camp Nou and its museum — the tunnel, the stands in daylight, the trophy room. Free time for one last meal or a final walk through the city, then you head home whenever your own plans say so.
The outline above is indicative: LaLiga confirms kick-off times a few weeks out, so the order and timing of the activities may shift around the official match schedule — every activity stays included whatever the final order. We've deliberately picked a fixture with the lowest realistic chance of being moved to a Friday or Monday; in the rare case that happens, we adjust the hotel nights and every booked activity for you at no extra cost, and let you know as soon as we do.
Both options sit in central Barcelona, walking distance from Passeig de Gràcia and a short metro ride from the stadium. Simply pick the accommodation that suits you best — the rest of the experience is exactly the same.
Stay longer, or add a second Barça match — tailor-made, on request.
One choice to make: where you sleep. Everything else is handled.
Every place on this trip is taken and bookings are closed. Join the waitlist: we'll contact you if new spots become available, and you'll get priority information on future experiences.
Absolutely — on your own, with friends or with family, everyone is welcome. The trip is designed to connect the group from the get-go: the catamaran, the match and the dinner put you alongside the others from hour one. And if you take the Ibis +€100 tier as a solo traveller, we'll pair you with another same-sex solo participant.
Your reservation is only ever confirmed once your Category 2 ticket is actually secured through our official channels — we never confirm more places than we can cover. If we're unable to secure your ticket or any other required service, your booking is cancelled and you're refunded 100%, deposit included.
There's no artificial timer. Availability is limited by our real ticket allotment and by hotel capacity, so the trip closes when the last covered place is taken — which can happen well before the departure date.
Most likely, yes. Match tickets, hotel rooms and activities all tend to get more expensive as the date approaches — and our price follows those costs. That's also why the early bird tier, from €890, exists: the first to commit get rewarded with the best rate.
If LaLiga moves the fixture between Saturday and Sunday, only the order of the three days changes — every activity is still included. In the exceptional case it moves to the Friday or the Monday, we adjust the hotel nights and bookings at no cost to you and confirm the new plan in writing straight away.
However you like. Managing Barça's community is spread across dozens of countries, so the package covers the Barcelona experience itself and leaves the journey up to you — fly, drive or train in from wherever you are. The only thing that matters is being at the meeting point on Saturday morning, by 11:00 — getting there on time is each participant's own responsibility. From there, the whole programme is together.
Of course. The package covers two nights and the three days of programme; anything either side of that is your own to book.
Interested in extending your stay or attending a second Barcelona game? Send us a message on WhatsApp and we'll look at the options together.
Ask about a second gameYou reserve your spot with a 50% deposit. We then go and secure your ticket, room and activities — your trip is officially confirmed once they're all locked in, and if we can't secure them you're refunded in full, deposit included. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before departure, with a reminder sent before it falls due. Both payments run through a secure processor under a bank-backed guarantee.
Your deposit reserves your spot; it doesn't confirm the trip on its own. We then secure each key component — match ticket, accommodation, activities — and your trip is officially confirmed in writing once all of them are locked in. If we can't secure them, you're refunded 100%, deposit included. When demand exceeds availability, we confirm reservations in the order they were placed. The full matchday schedule follows once LaLiga publishes the kick-off time.
Managing Barca has partnered with DevlopMint Travel, a member of the Travel Experts network (B.A. BTS), to co-design this package. DevlopMint Travel acts as the logistics partner — accommodation, transport and ticketing. The official organiser is the Travel Experts network (B.A. BTS), a Belgian agency with over 20 years of experience — so you benefit from all the insurance and legal guarantees of a true travel professional.
It depends on the option you choose:
Onefam Batlló Hostel (included). You sleep in a mixed dorm, sharing with other members of the group — the most sociable option.
Ibis Barcelona Centre — coming solo. Two choices: share a room with another same-sex solo participant (+€100), or take a fully private room to yourself (+€200).
Ibis Barcelona Centre — coming with a +1. Share a private room together (+€100 each).
Coming as a pair? We recommend booking both places in a single reservation and sharing your bed preference at checkout, when you complete your payment — we'll pass it on to the hotel. Bed configuration (double or twin beds) depends on the hotel's availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Each traveller is solely responsible for holding a valid passport or ID card and any visa, electronic travel authorisation or health documentation their nationality requires for entry into Spain. Neither Managing Barça nor the organising agency can be held liable if boarding or entry is refused for missing or expired documents, and no refund is due in that case.
